The working temperature of LED waterproof power supply is generally - 40 - 80 ℃ (temperature of outer surface of housing), the storage temperature is - 40 - 85 ℃, the working humidity is 10-90% relative humidity, and the average service life is 50000 hours of mean time between failures (MTBF).

Obvious characteristics of waterproof power supply

1. Reliability: especially the driving power supply of LED street lights is high above the ground, which makes maintenance inconvenient and costs more;

2. High efficiency: LED is an energy-saving product, and the efficiency of the drive power should be high. So for the power supply, it is very important to place the structure inside the LED lamp. Because the luminous efficiency of LED decreases with the increase of LED temperature, the heat dissipation of LED is particularly important. But when the efficiency of the power supply is high, the power loss of the power supply is small, and the heat generation in the LED lamps is small, so the temperature of the lamps is reduced;

3. Surge protection function: the anti surge capability of LED is relatively low, especially the anti reverse voltage capability. Therefore, we should strengthen protection in this regard. Therefore, LED driving power supply shall have the ability to inhibit the invasion of surge and protect LED from damage;

4. Protection function: the lamp shall be installed outside, the power supply structure shall be waterproof and moisture-proof, and the shell shall be sun resistant.
