Do you know the specific structure of switching power supply?

Published on: 2022-11-07

The switching power supply is mainly composed of four parts: main circuit, control circuit, detection circuit and auxiliary power supply. The effects of each part are as follows:

The main circuit can also be divided into impulse current limiting part, input filtering part, rectification and filtering part, inverter part, output rectification and filtering part. Meanwhile, the impulse current limiting part serves as the impulse current limiting input side at the moment when the power supply is turned on; The input filter is used to filter clutter; Rectification and filtering part is responsible for rectifying the AC power supply of the power grid into DC power; The inverter part is used to convert the DC formed by rectification into high-frequency AC; The output rectifier and filter part serves as a stable and reliable DC power supply.

The control part is used to control the inverter to ensure stable output and provide various protective measures for the circuit.

The detection circuit serves as various parameters and data in the supply operation.

The auxiliary power supply is used to realize the software (remote) startup of the power supply and supply power for the normal operation of the circuit.
